Metro Orlando Judo Kai
Metro Orlando Judo Kai, Inc. (MOJ) is a Sport, Educational, & Cultural Club. We are also an association of Martial Arts Clubs in Central Florida dedicated to the promotion and practice of Judo & Japanese Budo. Metro Orlando Judo Kai's club teaches Olympic Sport Judo & Kodokan Judo as a form of Budo. We also teach Self-Defense, and a Judo based fitness program. Our instructors are experienced & certified coaches & teachers. We often host world-class Judo instructors visiting from Japan, Korea, and Europe. Whether you are looking for a competitive combat sport, a way to get into better physical shape, or just looking for an effective and time-proven form of Self-Defense, Metro Orlando Judo Kai can meet your needs! In addition to our normal Judo classes, we also offer a no-gil class twice per month, a Judo Kata training class once a month, and a Self Defense class twice a month (Judo/Ju Jutsu/Aikido/Striking based Self Defense training).
Metro Orlando Judo Kai (MOJ) is a chartered Judo club with USA Judo and Florida Judo, Inc., and also with the United States Judo Federation and the Shufu Yudanshakai

MOJ had a surprise visit to our Saturday practice on 4/13/2024. It was 2008 Puerto Rican Olympian Sensei Figueroa. Great day of training and of learning Judo. Thanks again to Sensei Pablo. Just one of many special visitors to MOJ!
